Eating lately

Sarah’s went back to an old favorite: mung bean dal from Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything Vegetarian (very similar to this version, but with carrots instead of apples).

Abby wanted the ease of a sheet pan dinner, and gave Pinch of Yum’s garlic ginger chicken a try.
