In an unexpected twist, Abby is recommending a vegan cheese dip. To make, toss the following in the blender:
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 3/4 Cup Oat Milk (my friend uses Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 cloves garlic
