  1. For bingeable podcasts, I’d recommend Making Oprah & Making Obama. Those were both excellent. RBG Beyond Notorious was good, as I haven’t been able to watch the documentary. I have the following on my lists for bingeable series: 16 Shots, the new season of Serial, Casting Call, the City and Believed. I love How I Built This where NPR’s Guy Roz interviews company founders about how they built successful companies (Patagonia, Lyft, Framebridge, etc). 99% Invisible is really well produced and not long – I listen when I find the topics interesting. Slow Burn’s second season has me hooked right now – I was unbelievably unaware of the Clinton impeachment details in high school so it’s really interesting to hear the whole story now and with the current time’s perspective. For parenting podcasts, I really like Slate’s Mom and Dad are Fighting – the host rapport is great and it’s not preachy. I do like the RIE approach so I tried Janet Lansbury’s podcast but I prefer the transcripts honestly. I’ve gotten into the Mom Hour a little bit after hearing it mentioned on Best of Both Worlds. And for relationships, Dear Sugar is always a treat (though now no longer making new episodes!) and Esther Perel’s Where Should We Begin are always food for thought.

    1. Thanks for the great suggestions! I’ve heard Slow Burn mentioned a couple of places and it sounds right up my alley. Now, to find the time! -S
