In an unexpected twist, Abby is recommending a vegan cheese dip. To make, toss the following in the blender:

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 3/4 Cup Oat Milk (my friend uses Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
